Terms & Condition of Sale

General: As a bona-fide business all laws regarding distant selling apply.
Good shall remain the property of Monika Carrie (Design) until payment has been received in full.

You have the right to cancel your order for seven days from the time of placing it.
In the event of goods already having been shipped, the cost of the return is the buyers responsibility. Refunds for cancelled orders/ returns will be made in the same way as payment was received.

International orders: Cost of posting is non-refundable.

Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase or find a mistake has happened please get in touch within seven days of receipt of goods. To err is human and I will do my best to solve the problem. Returned goods must be received in their original condition to qualify for full refund/ replacement.
